中空玻璃缺陷檢測系統是專注檢測中空玻璃的缺陷檢測設備， 主要能夠檢測氣泡、結石、夾雜物、劃傷、臟污等（也可以根據要求定制檢測絲印、面部崩邊等缺陷）并根據缺陷特征給予自動分類判定，對不能達到技術要求指標的產品給出不良產品落板的繼電器信號，并在產品上作出醒目標識；產品達到有缺陷但可返修后收良的規格時，系統給出返修產品落板的信號，通過人工/設備完成對返修產品的分類 。
